Refund Policy
Our refund policy is simple. You are committed to paying the fees associated with your incorporation as soon as you process your payment. That said, if for some reason you decide to pause or cancel your order, call us immediately at 416-636-3232 to speak with our office. We will stop all work on the file and will only charge you for the costs we have incurred plus 10% of the total fee. As you can appreciate, there are government and other fees associated with this process. We will show you proof of the expenses incurred and will refund any balance that might be available.
